Our range of services includes:
-Visualization and extensive 3D modeling from simple objects to complex free forms.
-Studies on volumetry, material, light and shadow within the design planning of building projects and architectural projects.
-Façade and construction detail development in 3D as well as photorealistic material and color studies for the work planning and building construction.
– Participation in competitions through photorealistic or abstract interior and exterior visualization in all scales – from urban planning to detail, from still images to animated tracking shots.
-Layout and graphic design of print and screen presentation media for advertising and acquisition.
Render work process
• Phase 1: Adjusting the camera positions.
• Phase 2: 1-2 rounds of revisions, preliminary renderings, changes in model and post-production.
• Phase 3: 1 round of revision, final renderings Changes in post-production: giving the final touch, mood, impact.
• Phase 4: after your approval, the final high resolution images are prepared.
• Timeline: Approx. 5-15 working days calculated from receipt of the complete planning set. For the first cooperation we reserve 10 days to get to know each other and to find a common workflow.
What is needed to work?
• Final plan set: the full plans (.dwg, .pdf) or complete model.
• Project location (coordinates, address of the object)
• Specifications: Material description (.jpg), furniture models requirements, plantation specification
• Camera positions: The suggested angles for the visualization marked on the plan or screenshots from the model
• Image atmosphere: season, time of day, visualization mood, reference images
• Additional:
> Information about people, furniture or objects in the pictures (chairs, books, cups). Sketching them on the views helps a lot!
> surrounding photos
> if required: background images at least 4000 pixels wide and in a lighting that refers to the final visual.
Working method
Thanks to our architectural training and diverse practical experience, we can quickly familiarize ourselves with every project and actively support the design process. We are very familiar with the architecture-specific work processes and can also deal very well with high deadline pressure.
For larger orders, we fall back on a tried and tested team of assistants, with whom we can carry out your order quickly and with high quality.
Fees
Our tariffs depend on the complexity of the project and the desired depth of processing. After a detailed preliminary discussion, we would be happy to make you a concrete offer tailored to your needs and budget.
